S.W.A.T. Team

Camp Burton is accepting applications for our summer counselor training program. The acronym, S.W.A.T., stands for Serving, Working, And Teaching and is open to kids who have finished grades 9-12.   

S.W.A.T. Team members spend two weeks at camp at a time, but can go home for the weekend if they want to.  The first week our S.W.A.T. pastor will conduct leadership training with the team members while they receive first-hand training in what it takes to be a witness for Christ.  The second week will be a shadowing experience with a camp counselor and their campers where you’ll be able to put your training into action.
