Have a desire to really connect with God? Then the FOCUS Retreat is what you're

looking for. It's for students currently in 9th - 12th grade. This is a deliberately slow

paced couple of days with amazing messages from our Youth Pastors that really

challenge students to get serious about there relationship with Christ. This year's goal

is to help students have a less selfish view of life, to see that the world is "bigger than

me". the emphasis will be on loving and serving others with a special focus on Haiti.

We'll skype and talk live with missionaries in currently in Haiti and collect much

needed items from our community to assist with the relief efforts in Haiti.

Come join us on our mission to uncover the secret battle for a man's soul...Stealth

Attack. Pastors Dave Skelton, Randy Brunko, and Brian Landrum will teach how

men can deal with feelings of doubt, discouragement, and disconnectedness.

There's also plenty of activities: football, paintball, basketball, rifle range, rock wall

climbing, and the new thunder tube. Plus great food and lots of it!

Be sure to invite a friend but register early because space is limited.

The cost is $35 per person.

I know the snow is still falling but hold on spring is coming soon and so is Camp

Burton's Spring Retreat. This retreat is always a lot of fun for both kids and

adults. This year's theme is COSMIC CAMP based on Psalm 8:3-4 "When i consider

your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what

is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him?"

We're looking for as many telescopes as possible. So if you have a telescope and are

willing to share it with the kids, please bring it to the retreat

We are excited to have Pastor Nate Meiers back as our speaker. Nate is the Children's

Pastor at Berean Baptist Church in Mansfield, Ohio. He's an awesome man of God,

always full of energy and will encourage and challenge kids through God's word.

The cost is $65 per camper and $35 per chaperone. Each group needs to provide an age

appropriate chaperone for their youth at a ratio of no more than 8 youth per

chaperone.
